Technical Specification of Rectangular Copper Bus Bar

SCOPE : This specification covers the requirement of rectangular and shaped, plain and tinned copper Bus Bar with drawn edges and in bright annealed or half hard.
MATERIAL : The copper will be of ETP grade as per DIN 13601-2002 and with oxygen free copper.
CHEMICAL COMPOSITION : Purity of copper will be as per DIN EN 13601:2002. Copper + Silver 99.90% min.

TYPE OF COPPER :

Annealed : Hardness 65HB Max.
Half-Hard : Hardness 70-90 HB Max.
Full-Hard : Hardness > 90 HB Max.

TYPE OF BUS BAR :

Plain Bus Bar
Shaped Bus Bar
Shaped and Punched Bus Bar
Tinned Bus Bar both in plain and shaped form.

SURFACE FINISH : Bright and smooth surface with free from injurious defects.
